FAQ: Construction and Renovation
1. As the materials arrive to my home where will my order be placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to know exactly where it will be placed, but someome will contact you beforehand to give you some notice. Please contact your salesperson if you have further questions.
2. Can I change the shipping address of my order?
No. Material need to be on site for the workers to have access to it. It is also better for you to see the material when it arrives to be able to check color of material and condition.
3. What is my swimming pool construction time line?
It is possible that we can estimated delivery time, but it can always change. The construction timeline usually is 12-16 weeks, after we receive permits. The estimated delivery time is just that an estimate. Rain, much, flooding, inspections, etc. are all things that can hold up a construction. We always make sure to build your pool right. This ensures that the pool does not have issues in the future. Sometimes fast is not the best thing, especially in a multi-discipline project like swimming pools.
4. Can I make a change to my swimming pool order?
Once an order is placed our team processes your order as quickly as possible. If you want to add any changes it is recommended that they are added during engineering, so that it is placed on the plans on the first draft. If it is not there may be additional charges for the change.
5. I want to build a swimming pool. What is the first thing I need to do?
First thing is getting an estimate. Call us at 305-908-5032 or 305-562-7010 and we can set one up for you. (If you have a survey that is always helpful. With the survey we can show you what your pool will look like in your backyard.
6. I want to add a water feature to my existing pool. Do I need a permit?
It depends on the water feature, but in most cases yes you do. Permits are necessary to guarantee the work is done correctly. Many water features require lights and electrical connections you don't want just anyone doing that .
Cancellations
7. Can I cancel my contract?
Our policy for cancellation, is on a case by case. Normally construction contracts do not have cancellation clauses. If you are let out of the contract, then you will still need to pay what was due at the time of the cancellation. So, for example: If we had excavated the pool out, the draw that was due at the time of the dig would become due. Then depending on the situation we would work with the customer to try and finish the project.
